Laser Skin Lesion and Mole Removal
Moles are handled with special care at our office. We can remove moles for cosmetic reasons, but we also treat moles that can pose as a potential health risk, such as skin cancers and pre-cancerous lesions. The mole removal process starts with a biopsy to remove the mole and send it to the lab. We then use the CO2 laser to soften and shape the edges of the biopsy area for excellent healing and for visual appeal.
We also add a special covering to accelerate the healing process. We also provide a consultation to determine if your health insurance will cover the cost of the procedure.
